'When booking a hotel I expect a high standard of cleanliness and food preparation. We were not disappointed here. But the abiding memory I have of The Randolft is the quality of service provided by a well-trained, attentive staff. Their perfomance was faultless throughout. Well done!'

'I was checked into the hotel in good form, but the room was not yet ready by 3 pm after a long transatlantic flight and journey from Heathrow. Reception staff, lounge gentleman all very nice. Morse's Bar people extremely hospitable. And, concierge staff, particularly including the top chap -- one who hosted the concierge lunch on Sunday, was exceptional. I did not mind tipping generously. They deserved it.'
